Kita Steak & Ribs is an Oregon-based, family-run restaurant rooted in warmth, tradition, and legacy.
“Kita,” the nickname of our youngest daughter, represents everything we stand for — family, care, and the joy of gathering around great food. While our background includes years of corporate experience, our approach is deeply personal, blending professionalism with genuine hospitality.
This restaurant has been decades in the making. For years, our family talked about opening a place of our own — and then, through a series of perfectly timed moments, that long-held dream became reality. From that spark, Kita Steak & Ribs was born.
We love pho. We love steak. Bringing the two together felt natural.
Our signature steak recipe has been refined over more than twenty years and has long been a favorite among family and friends. Paired with our passion for comforting, soulful pho and balanced hand-crafted cocktails, it defines who we are — a place where bold flavors, family history, and heartfelt hospitality come together.
